Product description: Grade B Vanilla Beans are the finest and premium quality vanilla beans that are used in making vanilla extract. These are rich, dark, and chocolate flavor beans that add intense aroma to your mouth-watering recipes. They are ethically grown vanilla beans Grade B with 12+ cm in length and contain around 25% moisture and 1.5% vanillin content.

The Grade B vanilla beans are moist, smooth, soft, and dense. They are the right ingredient for making homemade vanilla extract, vanilla sugar, vanilla extract, and so much more.
Variety / Origin: Tahitian or Bourbon ( Planifolia) variety. Papua New Guinea origin.
Quality: Grade B vanilla pods are selected for their less appealing appearance but are favored by our brewery, distillery customers and so and so. They offer a balance between affordability and quality, making them a popular choice

Suggested Dosage: 1 Vanilla Pod per kg for general use. For brewery and distillery applications use 2-3kg per 1000 litres. 100g vanilla pods per litre for vanilla extract / vanilla paste (1 fold concentration).
Shelf Life: 24 months in un-opened air tight pack @ <20°C
