Neugini Naturals have fantastic products at competitive & affordable prices. Their customer service is also fantastic, they go out of the way to help you & accommodate any requests. I in particular love their vanilla bean powder.

Great product received from Neugini Naturals with excellent customer service. My parcel was lost (through no fault of Neugini - we eventually found it hidden at my house) and Neugini promptly replaced it without extra cost. They were also very generous when I eventually found the parcel. Very prompt emails and re-sent the order quickly. I appreciate it. Can't wait to use the vanilla pods to make my own vanilla extract.

Finest quality of vanilla beans that I ever had. I got the long Madagascar vanilla beans (500gram pack) as a gift for my family in Israel. Even after 4 weeks in a suitcase it still was so fresh, oily and full if seeds beans that are clearly the finest quality

Just received my vanilla pods, the scent coming from these beans is very strong and would have left no one wondering what was in the package. Beautiful plump pods, very fresh. And very different to other beans I've had. Thanks so much for growing them here in Australia, so convenient. I will be ordering them again.
