At Neugini Naturals, we are committed to maintaining high standards of product quality, food safety, hygiene, and responsible handling throughout our operations.

Our products are not certified organic unless specifically stated otherwise. However, we take appropriate care in sourcing, handling, processing, packaging, and storing our products to maintain product quality and safety until they reach our customers.

As our products are supplied to both household and commercial food producers, we recognize the importance of maintaining appropriate food safety controls and processes.
We operate in accordance with the requirements of our applicable food license and maintain food safety and hygiene procedures appropriate to our operations. These procedures are designed to identify and manage potential food safety risks throughout relevant stages of handling and production.We also maintain appropriate product traceability and recall procedures to assist in the identification and withdrawal of products where required.

Where applicable, products and/or raw materials are subject to Certificates of Analysis (COA) and microbiological testing conducted by appropriately qualified and recognized laboratories. These measures assist us in monitoring product quality and food safety and in maintaining appropriate standards for the products we supply.

Our objective is to provide products that are handled responsibly, meet applicable food safety requirements, and are suitable for their intended use.
